  6.   1. Finally fixed so that EOF characters do not cause the UTI drivers to
  7.      blow up and create duplicates on successive runs.  By the way, Kip has
  8.      released a new version of EXPORT.EXE just a day or so ago (if you use
  9.      RelayNet, be sure to get a copy of the new EXPORT).

  11.   2. Changed number of lines before new message insertion from 70 to 90.

  15.   1. Tried to add code to help it from bombing out with runtime error 162
  16.      on systems with a LAN or DesqView active.  I still have no idea what is
  17.      causing the problem and this probably won't fix it, but we'll try it
  18.      anyway.  Dan, how about resending that message of your that describes
  19.      the problem exactly?  By the way, Dan, have you tried running UTIEXPRT
  20.      stand alone at the DOS prompt on a message base with no messages?

  30. The following files and changes are included with this beta package:

  32. UTIIMPRT.EXE
  33.  * Deny None Read/Write File I/O has been added.  I don't know if this
  34.    will solve the LAN problems or not, but its a start.
  35.  
  36.  * Some capitalization routines were improved upon.  For example, people
  37.    using non-standard handles such as 'Jeff "The Mercer" Kerner' will
  38.    now be displayed properly.
  39.  
  40.  * ZellerQ day of week algorithms have been substituded for the previous
  41.    crude day of week calucator used.  The system date is not touched now.

  43. UTIEXPRT.EXE
  44.  * Deny None Read/Write File I/O has been added.

  46.  * In "Megamail" mode, it will now mark messages to the current user
  47.    received if the message is bagged up.  The user name is retrived from
  48.    the UTIDOOR.TXT file made by UTIDOOR.EXE, included with BGUTI23.ZIP.
